Blueberry Cheese Tart(2)




因为上次蓝莓芝士塔的塔皮不太成功,让我耿耿于怀,所以决定今天再试多一次。

吸取失败的经验,改变烘焙的温度后,终于烘烤出香脆的饼塔。

这次蓝莓芝士塔的味道就真的是超完美!太有满足感了!

You can bake the tarts shells for 10 min (just cook the shell,don't get any golden or brown colors), then cold it and keep inside the refrigerator (wrap in the plastic bag or air tied container,don't freeze them). It can last for a month. If you want to make cheese tarts, bring them out, defrost at the room temp, lay the shells back on the mould, the start your cheese work. It will save you time.

ah mee,
That is really a great idea! Thank you so much! I just wondering how i'm going to make the birthday cake and tart on Friday evening after come back from work. Now i can bake the tart shell on Wednesday and "focus" my birthday cake on Friday!
This time i want to make mini fruit tart instead of cheese tart.
Any advise my dear "Si Fu"?

Don't call me "si Fu", I am a full time house wife. For the fruits tarts, u have to "golden" the tarts shell cuz you will not double bake the shell's like cheese tarts, right?? What source you use for fruit tarts (to "stick "the fruits?)Whipping cream??or Myonese?
The mango cheese cake I send it for you might consume you too longs hours and too much works, let me see if I can get a simple one or not.

ah mee,
i tho' fruit tart must use custard as filing? so can i still pre-bake the tart shell and keep in the container?
i did found a recipe for mango jelly cheese cake. no egg & no need to bake. just mix all the ingridients step by step and put into fridge.The topping will be jelly (agar-agar).

I just email it to your email, carrotXXX , is it your email??? You are talking about chill cheese cake. I have its recepi, by the way, u still can bake the tart shells few days in advance. Ya, you also can use Custard to "stick" the fruits. Bake the empty shells, on Sat just deco them for the party.
