Cawanmushi




从朋友那得到了炖Cawanmushi 的方法。

今天趁着诺言回来,就试着炖炖看,效果好好喔!

过滤后的蛋汁真的很顺滑。

那挑剔的小呱还猛赞我的Cawanmushi好看又好吃呢!Yummy!Yummy!

我觉得如果可以再加点鱼露会更美味些。

If u r cooking 4 u kids, I will suggest u not to use fish gravy. It taste better but unhealthy. I was told by my friends, they work at the Hospice , that less consume "preserve" foods is good for health. Guess what, these includes ikan bilis, dry shrimps... if you friend like to eat preserve fruits, tell them, pls don't. There is a nutmeg factory near by my home, the way they preserve fruits are so horrible...I saw it, and I not dare to eat any piece of them...

ah mee,
i just add in some seasoning powder bought from organic shop in my cawanmushi. i also not dare to take any preserve fruits especially those imported from China.
