hey i start put my noise on the chinese new year cookies...ai ya..when the valentine meets new year is a DISASTER for meeeeee...Wish there is a monkey god there, helps me to have that 72 "magics"...already get few thousands Nian Kao order, hear that the ship will heve 400 -500 pieces mini valentine cakes...H-E-L-P...

"Rich" mee, good business wow!Good la!:) I get the Taiwaneese Pineapple tart recipes from Youtube. Thinking bake this for CNY. Still looking for the mini square mould for that.
hard to find that mould...perhaps you can use other way. think about the mini size, it's easy, make it in the shape of square, oval or rectangular. Since it's valentine, i might make it in "heart" shape...don't put to much pineapple filling, it is too sweet. mee
