


因为爱吃蛋糕,所以从小就有个梦想,希望自己能拥有个梦幻般的蛋糕店,里头摆放着各式精致可爱的蛋糕,而自己就是那个店主兼烘焙高手!哈哈!哈哈!
可惜的是,直到如今,嘴里吃的蛋糕都是用钱买的,漂亮的蛋糕店都是别人家的,我可是就连面粉的分类都还搞不清楚,而这个梦想早已封尘。。。。
就在上个星期,无意中游览到一些烘焙教学的网站和部落格,小时候的梦想又再度浮现。
不想继续遗憾下去,我想,就算成不了大师级的烘焙大师,至少该尝试学习烘焙啊!
用了两天的时间从网上恶补烘焙的基本知识和简单的食谱,兴致勃勃的张罗器具用品和材料。选了“香蕉椰奶蛋糕”为头炮,可惜的是,失。败。收。场。一心一意想烘个松软的蛋糕,最后却变成了香蕉"kuih",蛋糕“发”不起来!
当然不会忘记“失败是成功的妈妈”这至理明言,继续上网寻求帮忙,找出失败的原因。
今天再试一次,选了个更简单的“牛油蛋糕”。综合了这几天吸收的烘焙知识,还有第一次的失败经验,我这一生中的第一个亲手烘焙蛋糕终于旦生了!!!! 外观不太完美,不过口感还不错,松软又不太甜(我用黄糖代替白糖并减少糖的份量)。
太开心了!虽然不是什么大成就,不过那一种满足感还真叫人兴分喔!
人啊!就是要踏出第一步,才能看到未来呀!空有梦想而不行动就只能抱憾噢!

Baking is fun. Yous cake turned to kuih might due to the folloeing causes: 1. Over beat the batter
2. Too much milk
3. The eggs problems.The fresh eggs will have "sticky white" not watery.
The cake have a crack on it is the oven to hot. Try to get your oven right temperature (it will take few times). Try on cheese cake, will save you a lot of $ compare you bought from the store.
Bye the way, have to learn how to look at the batter. Different batter will have differ look. Good luck.
